Customers submit urgent maintenance needs.Mission goals: Quickly locate and resolve existing vehicle faults and restore safe operating status of vehicles; optimize vehicle configuration based on Cuban road conditions and climate characteristics; provide systematic training to customer technicians to reduce the incidence of subsequent failures.
After the maintenance team arrived at the scene, it carried out a comprehensive investigation with customer technicians, combined with vehicle operation records and driver feedback, and determined the main failure types and causes as follows: chassis and suspension system failuresThe chassis has obvious abnormal noise during driving, and the body shakes greatlyRough road conditions cause oil leakage from suspension system shock absorbers and wear of bushings; chassis bolts become loose due to long-term bumpsBrake system failure, slow brake response, extended braking distanceThe air humidity is high, and the inner wall of the brake pipeline is corroded; the brake pads are seriously worn and are not replaced in timeThe air conditioning system is faulty and the cooling effect is poor, and the air volume at the outlet is insufficientDust and mosquito impurities adhere to the surface of the condenser, which reduces the heat dissipation efficiency; the air conditioning filter element is seriously blocked
For complex overseas road conditions and climatic conditions, it is necessary to fully investigate before maintenance and prepare sufficient wearing parts in advance to avoid delays in the construction period due to shortage of spare parts.
